Marita 2



Yesterday, I went to Marita Sweets Class in Yokohama again.
"Marita" is organized by Mariko Watanabe who has a great sense of cooking.


Apple tart with apricot jam and white sesame pudding with sesame croquant.



The lunch was pizza toast and banana toast and minestrone soup.


I made this "Kuri-cookie".
I was really careful making this carve.
